Sakhi tells her another Sakhi "Oh Sakhi ! Have a look on the beauty of this divine couple!"
(sung by: Siya Mridula Ji) |

sakhi hē jhām̐kū ta kanaika hinaka jhām̐kī ।
Oh Sakhi ! behold the beauty of this divine couple.”
sakhi hē rūpa anūpa dṛganī bām̐kī ॥
O' Sakhi ! behold the supremely transcendental beauty of the divine couple and their looking each other from the corner of their eyes!”
sakhi hē nayana kiyē yētē pāgaita achi ।
O' Sakhi ! They are constantly drinking the nectar of love from their eyes.”
sakhi hē janma dūguni anurāgaita achi ॥
O' Sakhi ! If we take birth again, then birth after birth (in each next birth), may our love in Priya-Priyatam become two times of the love of the previous birth !”
sakhi hē gaura sam̐ śyāma ghērāyala chathi ।
O' Sakhi ! Śyāma (Śrī Rāma) is surrounded by gori Siyā.”
sakhi hē śyāmōṃ mēṃ gōri samāyala chathi ॥
O'Sakhi ! Gōri (Sītā Jī) is locked in embrace with Śrī Rāma.”
sakhi hē aruṇa surēkha samūcaka chaina ।
O' Sakhi ! The beautiful red lines on their body..”
sakhi hē sāphahiṃ khūnika sūcaka chaina ॥
O' Sakhi ! what do they indicate? That - they (priya-priyatam) are indeed our killer from their all trouncing beauty, they have killed us by making our souls lost in their beauty and love.”
sakhi hē aṃjana kiyē am̐jabaunē chathi ।
O' Sakhi ! Do you know why are their eyes anointed with eye-salve?”
sakhi hē māhura janu mam̐jabaunē chathi ॥
O' Sakhi ! Actually that Kaajal (eye-salve) in their eyes are nothing but poison to kill us.”
sakhi hē gōlaka dōu kiya bhījala chaina ।
O' Sakhi ! Their big eyes look always wet.”
sakhi hē prēmaka būnda pasījala chaina ॥
O' Sakhi ! It seems the love is taking the form of drops and melting to make their eyes always shiny and wet.”
sakhi hē cita cāhaiai sadā lakhitaiṃ rahī ।
Oh' Sakhi ! Our heart doesn't satiate, it wishes to keep beholding them.”
sakhi hē 'mōda' suchavi-ami cakhitaiṃ rahī ॥
Oh Sakhi ! May we keep drinking the nectar of their beauty like this.”
